If there's a glitch in the direct web address for a Films on Demand film, you can work around it by going directly to the library's website.
Search for the video's name into the "Start Your Research Here" box and click the VIDEO button.
When the link to the video shows up, click the "Click here to access video" link and log in with your username/password. (You'll also see a yellow bar at the top that says "Hello, Guest. Login for full access." You can also log in there with your username password.) Then, it should log in to Films on Demand, and you can see the video.
Note that you can click the little CC in the corner of the film to see the closed captions, and in the sidebar, you can read the transcript of the film. You can also watch each segment of the whole film separately.
