In college, if you want to learn more and get better grades, talk to a librarian! We can save you time, stress and effort by teaching you research strategies and recommending research for your projects, and introduce you to the large world of research beyond Google. (Google covers just a small fraction of all the information available on the web!)

Librarians are faculty members and professional staff at the college. The minimum requirement to be a librarian is a Masters in Library Science or Information Science. Many librarians at SUNY Adirondack have additional graduate degrees. We all have many years of experience and knowledge in helping our students become successful researchers.
