First, make sure you're logging in to the library databases with your college username, not your full college email address: just s_smith, for instance, not s_smith@wolfmail.sunyacc.edu.  

If there's a glitch in the link given to you for a film from our video databases, you can work around it by going directly to the library's "Videos Online" page, linked below. 

If you're still having problems, here are some ideas:

  • try clearing your cache (in Chrome, CRTL + H), including your saved passwords.
  • Or, go to Settings > Passwords > delete your saved college passwords in case any are incorrect. 
  • Try another browser, or another device.
  • Then, contact a librarian. If you know the name of the video, we can help you find it.
