Here are some quick solutions to try:
- Clear your history/cache/cookies on your browser then try logging in again. (On Chrome: click top right menu > History.)
- Try another browser: instead of Chrome, try Edge or Firefox, for instance.
- If you are using a VPN (virtual private network), turn it off to see if that helps.
If those don't work:
- Email librarian@sunyacc.edu.
- A librarian may be able to find another way to get to the database item you need.
- If you'd like, you can tell us your IP address so the college's IT staff can check for issues:
- Google "whatsmyip" then email it to the librarian to pass on to the IT staff.
- If you get locked out from too many attempts, contact the college's IT staff at help@sunyacc.edu.
- Please let librarians know if we can help you until it's unlocked.
