If you purchased an eBook published by Norton from the SUNY Adirondack Bookstore and having trouble accessing it, below are step-by-step directions provided from the bookstore.

eBook access: 

  • Go to www.YUZU.com
  • Click YUZU Barnes and Noble 
  • Sign in with the email you used for the purchase (this is a VERY important step! If you sign in with a different email, you will not find your eBook). 
  • Select 'Forgot Password'
  • Use the same email to request a 'reset password' email
  • You will receive an email from YUZU in less than a minute
  • Reset your password 
  • Go back to YUZU and sign up with your email address and new password
  • You will see a Norton subscription here
  • Click 'Continue Reading' 
  • You will see a pop-up box in the top right corner
  • In that pop-up box, click on the word HERE
  • Click 'Continue' 
  • Click 'Reveal Access Code' 
  • Click 'Copy'
  • From here, open your SUNY Adirondack portal 
  • Go to Brightspace
  • Click on the class corresponding with this Norton purchase
  • Search your professors Brightspace for a Norton icon (sometimes the icon is on the front page and sometimes it is located within their syllabus)
  • Click on the Norton icon and follow the steps provided 
  • You will have to create a Norton account (if you have not done so already)
  • Click on 'Access Code' and paste the code into the appropriate box
